Leadership Programs
Leadership Programs
The many leadership opportunities at Princeton will allow you to hone your talents, assume responsibilities, and develop leadership skills that will impact your experiences at Princeton and beyond. From advising opportunities in the residential colleges, to student governance to peer advising, there are many leadership possibilities awaiting you at Princeton.
Leadership Cohorts
ODUS coordinates two cohort based leadership development opportunities, the Campus Life Leadership Cohort, for upperclass students, and the First-Year Leadership Cohort. The goal of these cohorts is to gather groups of undergraduates at various stages in their leadership development-- no matter where you are in your journey, there is space for you in these cohorts!
Through the cohorts’ regular meetings, participants will get to know a group of peers, mutually support each other’s leadership development, and expand their leadership capacity through reflection, sharing, and learning new tools. Developed specifically for the present context, the Fall 2020 cohorts will focus on exploring themes of navigating change and uncertainty and fostering authenticity and vulnerability.
Cohorts will meet weekly starting on Wednesday, October 14 through Wednesday, November 18. Learn more and indicate your interest in participating here: https://tinyurl.com/PtonLead
