2020 Halftime Retreat Recap

Tuesday, Feb 4, 2020

Forty-one students participated in the thirteenth annual ODUS Halftime Retreat this year from January 24-January 27. The Halftime Retreat is an opportunity for sophomores to form deeper connections with their classmates, reflect upon their Princeton experience thus far, and chart a path moving forward. The program began with an on-campus kickoff dinner at Campus Club, where students participated in icebreaker activities with one another, ODUS administrators, and Halftime Facilitators (former "Halftimers," now in their junior year). The retreat was held off-campus at the Stony Point Center in Stony Point, New York where students participated in guided reflection and goal-setting workshops, small group discussion, and plenty of fun and games.

“I would 100% recommend Halftime to my friends. If not for the exercises, the open community at Halftime was one of the most welcoming ones I’ve experienced at Princeton,” Ethan Li ’22.
