As ODUS prepares for Spring 2025, we welcome all clubs and organizations to take some time during Wintersession to re-register your group for the upcoming semester.
You can learn more about the re-registration process for clubs and organizations, by visiting the Student Engagement tab. In short, the re-registration process will require a listed officer of the organization to:
- Confirm the student organization’s name, category, mission, and log
- Update the president and treasurer of the student organization
- Confirm or request approval for the student organization to be selective
- Complete mandatory virtual training for all officers
- The above link includes general officer training and an additional treasurer training
- Upload a full group membership roster
These steps are essential for ensuring your organization’s continued recognition and eligibility for campus resources such as space reservations and funding.
Some additional key details:
- Deadline: Re-registration must be completed by Sunday, January 26th at 11:59 PM
- Eligibility: This is required for all ODUS-sponsored student organizations
- Activity: This is necessary for all ODUS groups to remain active in Spring 2025
- Frequency: Student organizations must complete this process each semester
Please ensure that your organization completes the re-registration process by Sunday, January 26th at 11:59 PM to avoid any disruptions in your group’s activities.
