Ms. Ham Johnson serves as the Director of Student Life (DSL) for Rockefeller College. In this capacity, she is the primary staff member within the residential college responsible for supporting and enhancing the undergraduate residential and extracurricular experience of students from all four years residing in or affiliated with that college. She coordinates efforts to assist the college's students around health and wellness issues and serves as the liaison between the student, his or her family, academic deans, and other relevant Campus Life offices; upholds expectations for good conduct and citizenship through conflict resolution, investigating and adjudicating disciplinary issues, and helping students to understand the value of living in a diverse community; oversees the Residential College Adviser program within the college; and plans, implements, and supports non-academic educational and social programming by advising the College Council and other student leaders.
Amy Ham Johnson earned her B.A. at Trinity College, and her M.B.A. at Sacred Heart University. Before becoming director of student life at Rockefeller College in 2011, she held positions at Haverford College, University of Minnesota and Hamline University.
