Bio/Description

Jacquie Toettcher oversees the general functioning and business operations within ODUS. She cultivates and manages all departmental policies and is a project manager for a number of independent projects, ranging from senior prizes to records management. Jacquie also provides financial planning, budget oversight, and supervises a five-member team of administrative professionals.    

Jacquie received a B.A. in Geology from University of California at Berkeley and holds a J.D. from University of California Law in San Francisco. A member of the California Bar, Jacquie specialized in environmental law and utilities litigation.    

As the resident West Coaster in ODUS, she still gets excited about the first snowfall each year, much to the annoyance of her coworkers. Though she can't sing, she loves hearing her three kids practice the cello, violin, and piano.
