Dean Chen coordinates and oversees undergraduate disciplinary matters. She serves as secretary to the Committee on Discipline, co-chairs the Residential College Disciplinary Board, sits on Title IX panels involving undergraduate students, and is the liaison to the Honor Committee from the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students. She serves on a number of University committees and groups that review and revise University policies.
