
Karen supports the financial operations of all student organizations by training student group treasurers in University and general financial processes. Outside of training, Karen assists student leaders in determining accurate and financially savvy spending plans for large events and student trips. She ensures group transactions comply with University policy, and assists student groups in paying speakers, food and gear.
Prior to this role Karen was vice president of corporate audit for Bank of America, focused on the private client wealth management business. She has also worked at Ernst & Young covering the Pacific Northwest region and New York City. Karen earned her B.S. in Psychobiology from Binghamton University in New York.
In her spare time Karen enjoys mentoring young women as an active member of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority Inc. She is also a foodie who loves new cuisines and traveling with her family.
