Dean Fung-Janardhan serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Life in Rockefeller College. In this capacity, she is the primary staff member within the residential college responsible for supporting and enhancing the undergraduate residential and extracurricular experience of students from all four years residing in or affiliated with that college. She coordinates efforts to assist the college's students around health and wellness issues, and serves as the liaison between students, their family, academic deans, and other relevant Campus Life offices. Dean Fung-Janardhan upholds expectations for good conduct and citizenship through conflict resolution, investigating and adjudicating disciplinary issues, and helping students to understand the value of living in a diverse community. She oversees the Residential College Adviser program within the college, and plans, implements, and supports non-academic educational and social programming by advising the College Council and other student leaders.
Dean Fung-Janardhan received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University and her Master of Science in Education from Indiana University. Most recently, she received a Master of Business Administration from Champlain College.
