Located in Rockefeller (Rocky) Residential College, Dean Fung-Janardhan serves as the primary crisis case manager, available to talk with students about concerns around well-being and can refer them to appropriate campus resources. Monica works with relevant campus partners to address student concerns, uphold community standards, respond to problems and conflicts, and identify resources that can best support students to ensure their continuing success.
Prior to coming to Princeton University, Monica worked as the Associate Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and as an Area Coordinator at Champlain College. Monica holds a B.S. in Public Health/Epidemiology from Rutgers University, a M.S. in Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University, and a M.B.A. from Champlain College.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending quality time on long walks in the neighborhood with her husband, son, and two dogs. She is also an avid lover of playing anything Nintendo and crocheting Amigurumi.
