Neena Simpson joined the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students in 2019 as the Orientation Program Coordinator. In this role Neena provides event planning, management, and execution for all first year student social experiences. She is also responsible for the selection, placement, and assessment of all first year students in their respective small-group experience program.
Prior to joining Princeton, Neena has worked within higher education in the areas of residence life and housing, student advising, and campus life activities. She continues to enjoy working with students through the lens of servant leadership and finding their strengths and creativity in all aspects of their work outside of the classroom. She holds a BA in English from Drew University and a MA in Organizational Leadership from Rider University. In her free time Neena is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends and listening to anything true crime.
