
Dean Simpson provides guidance and management of ODUS communications, advertising, and web stories that highlight and bring awareness to ODUS programming and initiatives. She works to establish messaging around ODUS programs, leadership opportunities, and initiatives that advance the co-curricular goals of the department. Neena also serves as the primary liaison with the Undergraduate Student Housing department advising the Community Living Advisers (CLAs) in upperclass housing. Neena works with the manager for IT and assistant deans to review and update websites, application processes, and event timelines throughout the academic year while maintaining a working relationship with University Communications.
Neena previously worked as the Orientation Program Coordinator within ODUS. Prior to her arrival at Princeton, she held various roles in residence life and housing, student advising, and campus life activities. She holds a B.A. in English from Drew University and an M.A. in organizational leadership from Rider University.
In her free time, Neena enjoys shopping for home decor with her mom and aunts, watching reruns of Law and Order: SVU with her husband, and reading. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her sisters.
