As a Community Standards Administrative Coordinator, Olga assists the Deputy Dean, Associate Dean and Assistant Dean in overviewing student conduct. She manages scheduling and document preparation for the Committee on Discipline, serves as secretary for the Residential College Disciplinary Board, and provides technical and procedural expertise regarding record-keeping systems, policies, and procedures for ODUS deans and residential college staff, specifically the Assistant Deans for Student Life. Olga also offers logistical support for training and educational initiatives of the student-run Honor Committee and the Residential College Advisers (RCA) program, organizing schedules and logistics for fall and spring RCA training sessions.
Before joining the ODUS team, Olga worked as a paralegal at a civil defense litigation firm in Philadelphia, specializing in toxic torts. She earned her law degree from St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation in St. Petersburg, Russia, and served as a leading corporate attorney for six years before relocating to the United States.
When she is not working, Olga enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, creating lovely memories together — whether by strolling through a park, experimenting in the kitchen, or crafting an artistic "masterpiece".
