The Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students (ODUS) has unveiled a streamlined re-registration process for its undergraduate student organizations, aimed at enhancing efficiency and engagement. Starting this academic year, student groups will benefit from a centralized system designed to simplify administrative tasks and support organizational growth each semester. This new initiative reflects Princeton's commitment to a vibrant campus and support for the diverse interests of its student body.
The new process, facilitated through the MyPrincetonU platform, allows student groups to manage their registration, update membership and officer rosters, and formally request approval to operate with selective membership. The completion of the re-registration process is a prerequisite for the 2024 Fall Activities Fair and for hosting group activities during the fall 2024 semester. This update marks a significant step in streamlining student organization operations and reinforcing Princeton’s dedication to student engagement and organizational excellence.
Undergraduate organizations sponsored by ODUS are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new re-registration process and complete their re-registration by the August 30th deadline to avoid disruption in group activities. For additional information, visit the student organization re-registration page.
