Residential Life Coordinators

Reporting to the Assistant Deans for Student Life, the Residential Life Coordinators (RLC) will assist in cultivating a welcoming and cohesive residential community.  The primary focus of this position is to support and promote the health, safety and well-being of students in each residential college.  By residing in the college and being readily available to respond to crises and urgent situations, the residential life coordinator will help to create and maintain a safe and supportive residential environment for all students. In addition, they will work to develop and implement programs and activities that foster a sense of community, well-being, and belonging among college residents and support students in developing the skills required to navigate successfully the opportunities and challenges of living and learning within the University community.
